Questions
Do you need my password?
No, never. You add me as admin from your server settings and remove me when I'm done.
What if I don't like something?
Tell me and I'll change it. If the whole thing isn't what you pictured, I rebuild it for free. Every plan includes 7 days of free changes after launch, Full Gravity includes 30 days. After that, changes are paid.
How long does it take?
Usually 24 to 48 hours after you make me admin.
Do I need to know how Discord works?
No. I set everything up and send you a short guide on how to run it: who can post where, how roles work and what to do when new fans join.
How do I pay?
I send you a secure Stripe payment link: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. My first 3 clients pay everything at the end, once the server is done. After that it's half before I start, half when you're happy with the result.
What's in the free audit?
I join your server as a normal member and send you the 3 to 5 things that are costing you members. It's free. If you want them fixed, I handle it, and you decide after reading the audit.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If you start with Fix or Fix+, what you paid counts toward Full Gravity for 30 days, so you only pay the difference.
